Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Cozy Babyz unless, and until, an email is sent by Cozy Babyz to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Cozy Babyz of your offer to buy goods or services from Cozy Babyz and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Cozy Babyz are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Acceptance of Order.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e/mail or telephone call from one of our advisors. We will call regarding stock avaliability, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason and the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change.
Right to Withdraw.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a refund within thirty days. However we may have delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense, which will be arranged by one our advisors. Goods may also be returned to our store if previously arranged. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you.
