UK Delivery
Over £80 FREE DELIVERY charge and in most cases orders will be delivered within 2-3 day, (however this may not always be the case especially over weekends and Bank Holidays). Shipping to USA
Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set charge of £25 for all orders and takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
Shipping to EU countries
EU deliveries will take an estimated 3-5 days. We have a standard delivery charge of £15 to all EU countries.
Shipping Worldwide
Worldwide deliveries will be made by Parcel Force we have a standard price for worldwide deliveries of £25 (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery quote.)
Please note
that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
Returns Policy
RETURNS
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund, minus carriage costs to you, provided that you do so within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original saleable condition and in its original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return carriage. We suggest for your own safety that you obtain proof of postage for all items posted. We can not be held responsible for items lost in the post on there return to us.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
If you do want to return goods you must:

explaining what your returning and why, with your order number & the date you purchased it. You will be issued a returns number which must be put on the outside of your package and on any correspondence.
Attach a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods, along with a copy of your receipt. (this must be attached to the outside of your package securely), otherwise this my result in a delay in processing your refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods to Cozy Babyz. We will refund the amount paid for the goods minus any carriage costs charged or incurred by ourselves, normally £15 per box, this will be confirmed when you return is arranged.
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.
WARRANTIES.
The products which are sold via this web site have been and manufactured to comply to statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for 6 months for defects in manufacturing and or materials apart from Bugaboo which offer a 2 year guarantee and Cosatto which offer a 4 year guarantee. We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired and sent back free of charge within 14 working days depending on availability of spare parts. If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace we will refund your money, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories.
If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of carriage. Our advisors will contact you with the amount due and to process payment before goods are returned to you.
If a manufacturing fault is found within the first 7 days it will be replaced and sent back free of charge.
For goods which sustain accidental damage whilst in day-to-day use we will be happy to obtain a quote for rectification of the problem. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting any carriage charges; it may be necessary to return the item to us for inspection to assess the extent of the problem.
